Theodore Discovers the Gangchon Station

Theodore the curious turtle was exploring South Korea when he came across an interesting train station. It was called Gangchon Station, and it was on something called the Gyeongchun Line.

Theodore noticed the station had two platforms and four tracks. He saw trains coming and going, carrying lots of people.

The station building looked new and modern. Theodore learned it had opened on December 21, 2010. That wasn't very long ago!

Theodore peeked at a map and saw that Gangchon Station was between two other stations - Baegyang-ri and Gimyujeong. He also noticed it was in a place called Chuncheon City in Gangwon Province.

As he watched the trains, Theodore realized this station was part of a big system called the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. Trains could take people all the way to Seoul, the capital city!

Theodore thought Gangchon Station seemed like an important place for people to travel around South Korea. He was glad he got to learn about this interesting train station during his adventure.
